This site has been created to help scouters complete
the necessary training to provide scouts with the best progam possible. While this site focuses on the needs and training
availability in the Northern Lights District, courses are open to any interested scouters. On this site
you will find a schedule of offered training courses, links to training available online, and answers to some of the more
common training questions.

The Northern Lights District, Hiawatha-Seaway Council serves the scouts of St. Lawrence County, New York. St. Lawrence
County is the largest county in New York state. I don't know what else to put here for now, but I'll come up with something
witty...... maybe.
